Orders

We accept orders online, over the phone and in store.

If you need help placing an order or would like to amend your order, please contact us with your order number. It is not possible to amend an order if it has been shipped or is out for delivery.

 

Payment

We also offer gift cards. Gift cards are valid 2 years from the date of purchase, and can be used online as well as in store.

 

Collection

Our Click & Collect service means that when you place your order via our website before 4pm, it will be ready for collection from our store an hour after ordering.

Any orders placed after 4pm will be available for collection an hour after our store opens the next day.

 

Delivery

We offer a local delivery service on the Wirral with a minimum order of £10. This is free if the delivery address is within 2 miles of our store, or a small fee for addresses further away. 

As well as this, we are happy to post items via courier. We aim to ship any order within 1 working day.

 

Returns & Exchanges

At Bark's Pets, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If there is a problem with your order, please do not hesitate to contact us.

If a product is faulty or damaged during shipping, it can be exchanged or returned for a full cash refund. For this we would require photographic evidence of any damage to packaging/products upon delivery.

If you have simply changed your mind on a purchase, we can offer an exchange or store credit for your returned items. We do not offer a cash refund in this case.
